I want you to succeed.  Yes, I run a business, have bills to pay and need to make a living.  But you my friend, I want to make sure you are in this bad boy for the long run.  We will invest A LOT of time in one another over the course of 7 to 12 months and likely longer.    This is a relationship.  I am not a robot who just spits out programs every month.  I legitimately want to help you find strength, a new awareness of your body, and provide a stable aspect of your life.  THAT'S why this is a membership.  We're in this for the long haul.

Video analysis of your lifting (you will upload videos directly into the app upon my request)

General nutritional guidelines

Personal one-on-one weekly check-ins via text (I like to keep check-ins personal)
